Notes for Christopher Hawxhurst
Came to Salem in 1630 with his sister Mary, wife of Robert Coles to Salem and Ipswich, Massachusetts. Then he went o Rhode Island. He was one of the commissioners to apprehend the prisoners who escaped from Shawomet. In 1665 he moved to Oyster Bay in Long Island.
